Production Process
Fiber Alignment – Polyester fiber bundles are stretched and arranged in order using guiding rollers, making sure they're straight and orderly prior to being fed into the mold.
Encapsulation – Molten polypropylene is evenly sprayed onto the aligned fibers, fully covering them to create the composite strapping.
Cooling – The newly formed strapping is immersed in a water sink, where it cools down gradually to maintain the material's stability.
Winding – The completed strapping is pulled into a winding device, which wraps it into compact rolls ready for packaging use.
Deliver, shipping and serving
