Production Process
Fiber Alignment – Before being sent into the mold, polyester fibers go through a straightening process, where they're adjusted and aligned to be uniform.
Encapsulation – Next, molten polypropylene is applied to the surface of the aligned fibers, coating them completely to form the composite strapping.
Cooling – After encapsulation, the strapping is put into a cooling sink, where it cools down to secure the material's stability.
Winding – Finally, the finished composite strapping is wound into rolls by a machine, making it ready for packaging applications.
