Production Process

1). Fiber Alignment – Polyester fibers are straightened and aligned before entering the mold.
2). Encapsulation – The fibers are coated with molten polypropylene to form the composite strapping.
3). Cooling – The strapping is cooled in the sink to ensure the material stability.
4). Winding – The finished strapping is wound into rolls for packaging.
