Production Process
1) Fiber Alignment – A basic straightening machine with rollers aligns polyester fiber bundles to boost strapping strength.
2) Encapsulation – An extrusion coater melts polypropylene and coats fibers to make smooth composite strapping.
3) Cooling – A circulating water sink cools the strapping fast to room temperature, keeping its shape.
4) Winding – An automatic winder adjusts speed/tension, winds strapping into rolls, and cuts it when done.
