Application:

Heavy duty polyester cord strapping is found broad and flexible application in transportation packaging across multiple industries-such as steel, chemical fiber, aluminum ingot, paper, brick kiln, screw, electronics, textile, and wood industries.

Production Process

Fiber Alignment – A fiber straightening device with adjustable rollers arranges polyester fibers in a neat line before the fibers enter the molding equipment.
Encapsulation – A polypropylene melting machine heats the material to a liquid state, then coats the aligned fibers to form composite strapping.
Cooling – The strapping is moved through a water-filled cooling sink, which rapidly lowers its temperature to ensure the material stays stable.
Winding – A roll-forming winder takes the finished strapping and winds it into cylindrical rolls, preparing it for subsequent packaging.

Deliver, shipping and serving

Our clients have a wide selection of transportation options. Express Shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc.) is quick-door-to-door in 7-10 days-but somewhat expensive. Air Freight is fast too (8-12 days) and costs less than express, but you need to pick up goods from the airport yourself. Ocean Shipping is much cheaper than express or air, but it's slow, and you must collect items at your destination port.

A: We are a professional manufacturer focusing on packaging materials, and we also conduct direct product trade with clients. Our factory has over 10,000 square meters of space and employs 50 workers.
