Production Process
Fiber Alignment: Polyester fibers are stretched straight and arranged well before being fed into the mold.
Encapsulation: Aligned fibers are covered with molten polypropylene to form composite strapping.
Cooling: The strapping is put in a water sink to cool, ensuring it's stable.
Winding: The completed strapping is wrapped into rolls to prepare for packaging.
