Applications of Forged Lashing Square Buckle
The One Way Lashing Buckle is suitable for securing machinery, timber, steel coils, pipes, stone, and other heavy cargo in containers, trucks, railcars, and sea freight applications.
The JD50 Forged One Way Lashing Buckle instructions
Feed one end of the woven lashing upward through the center opening of the buckle from below.
Route the strap around the left side of the buckle frame, following the ladder-style structure.
Bring the strap back and pass it through the center slot from the top side.
Pull the strap to take up slack and form the initial loop around the buckle.
Wrap the lashing around the cargo and insert the other end into the center opening from underneath.
Repeat the same routing path around the left side of the frame.
Guide the strap back up through the middle opening again to maintain the locking pattern.
Tighten both ends evenly until the load is fully secured and the woven lashing is properly tensioned.
