Description
Technical Parameters

The strap wire buckle is designed for use with 25mm composite strapping and woven strapping in heavy-duty cargo securing applications. Compared with a standard 25mm buckle, this model features an upgraded 6.0mm steel wire, delivering a breaking strength of up to 1,580 kg for higher load security.

Its self-locking design grips the strap tightly after tensioning, helping prevent slippage during transportation. Available in both galvanized and phosphated finishes, the buckle offers excellent corrosion resistance, and both versions can pass salt spray testing.

This strap wire buckle is widely used in logistics, warehousing, machinery transport, and other demanding applications where reliable load securing is essential. Like all Anpack products, it is manufactured to strict quality standards and certified by AAR and DNV-GL, ensuring dependable performance and consistent quality.

Why Anpack Strap Wire Buckle

Anpack strap wire buckle is built for situations where standard buckles start to fail under real load.

Material Strength First

We use high-carbon steel as the base material, which gives the buckle a naturally strong foundation before any forming or finishing process. That's where the strength comes from - not just design, but the material itself.

01

Stable Locking Performance

On performance, the structure is shaped to work with tension rather than against it. Once the strap is tightened, the buckle holds position and reduces the chance of slippage. The self-locking effect stays stable even under vibration or movement during transport.

02

Corrosion Resistance Options

For surface protection, the strap wire buckle comes in galvanized or phosphated finishes. Both options are tested for 48-hour salt spray resistance, making them suitable for rain, humidity, and long-distance shipping without quick corrosion.

03

Lower System Cost

Cost-wise, pairing composite strapping with this strap wire buckle is still far more economical than traditional steel banding systems, while maintaining strong breaking performance for industrial cargo securing.

04

Applications

Anpack strap wire buckle is mainly used for securing cartons, pallets, bundles, timber, steel products and general industrial cargo during transport and storage.

It fits well in situations where some flexibility is needed in the strapping system, especially when steel banding is not practical or cost-efficient. In real operations, it is commonly seen in warehouses, export packaging, distribution centers, and manufacturing logistics.

In Anpack's strapping system, the strap wire buckle works as a standard connecting component for composite strapping and woven lashing. It is usually applied together with matching strapping and a manual tensioner, forming a straightforward setup for daily cargo securing tasks.

How to Use a Strap Wire Buckle

how to use strap wire buckle

Step 1. Feed the Strap

Wrap the composite strapping or woven strapping around the load, then thread one end through the strap wire buckle.

Step 2. Lock the Buckle

Insert the other end of the strap through the buckle from the opposite direction, making sure both strap ends are positioned correctly inside the buckle.

Step 3. Apply Tension

Use a manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered tensioner to tighten the strap until the load is firmly secured.

Step 4. Finish the Strapping

Cut off the excess strap with the tensioner. The strap wire buckle will lock automatically and hold the strap securely in place, keeping the load stable during handling and transportation.

Build Your 25mm Strapping System

Choose the Right Wire Buckle

The right strap wire buckle depends on the strapping you use. For 25mm composite polyester strapping, a galvanized wire buckle is the most common choice because of its corrosion resistance. If you are using 25mm woven strapping, we recommend a phosphated wire buckle, which provides better grip and helps keep the strap firmly locked after tensioning.

Match It with the Right Tensioner

A good tensioner makes the whole strapping job faster and easier. Anpack offers manual, pneumatic, and battery-powered tensioners, so you can choose the one that best fits your working environment. All of them are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for daily use.

Keep Everything in One Place

If you strap products throughout the day, a strapping dispenser is worth having. It keeps the strapping roll, strap wire buckles, and tensioner together, so workers can move the complete strapping system from one packing station to another without carrying each item separately.

Certifications & Quality Control

Certified Quality System

Anpack has built a complete quality management system supported by international certifications and testing standards, including AAR, DNV-GL, ISO, SGS, MSDS, and TUV. These certifications reflect our commitment to stable production processes and reliable product quality.

Quality Starts with the Right Materials

There is a saying in China: a good horse needs a good saddle. The same idea applies to manufacturing. To produce reliable strapping products, we carefully select high-quality raw materials and combine them with our own production processes and formulas. This creates a strong foundation for consistent performance.

Strict Inspection Before Delivery

Behind every shipment is our QC team. We increase inspection frequency throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products, to reduce quality risks and make sure every batch delivered to customers meets our requirements.

FAQ

1.Q: What is the difference between galvanized and phosphated wire buckles?

A: The main difference is the surface treatment and recommended application.
Galvanized wire buckles provide excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used with composite polyester strapping.
Phosphated wire buckles offer better friction and grip performance, making them suitable for woven strapping applications where locking force is important.

2.Q: How can i trust your company?

A: Having 17 years of professional design and manufacturing experience, we can provide you suitable suggestion and lowest price
1. Assessed by third party, national patents and SGS, ISO,TUV for all products, .
2. As for our products, they perform extremely well in terms of strength and flexibility.

3.Q: Can Anpack wire buckles be used for outdoor transportation?

A:   Yes. Our wire buckles are available with galvanized and phosphated surface treatments. Both options have passed salt spray testing, providing better corrosion resistance for outdoor storage, export shipping, and humid environments.

4.Q: Why choose composite strapping with wire buckles instead of steel strapping?

A: Composite strapping systems are lighter, easier to handle, and safer for operators compared with traditional steel strapping. They also provide high tensile strength while helping reduce overall packaging costs.

5.Q: How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

A: Generally, the production of the product takes approximately 5 to 10 days (depending on the order quantity), and the delivery time is usually 5 to 15 days after the production is completed (specifically depending on your destination and the transportation method you choose)
